The Supply Chain Analyst is an integral member of the Supply Chain Services SCM (Supplier Compliance Manager) operations team. Responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients who are working to initiate or enhance existing supply chain risk evaluation programs. The Analyst will work to ensure clients' experience within SCM is successful and efficient by acting as an extension to the clients' team for implementation of the software, providing on-boarding support, program configuration, client specific Supply Chain analysis, regular business reviews of client activity and their suppliers along with recommendations for program improvements. The Analyst will provide system training, share best practices and recommendations, and conduct thought provoking presentations for clients as well as create and provide documentation about SCS product services.
This role is about client satisfaction through responsive service and proficiency in using the SCM software for programs such as C-TPAT (and other Government Supply Chain Security Programs), Conflict Minerals (Dodd Frank), Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Continuity and other Supply Chain impacted programs. The Analyst will build on trusted relationships and add value to SCS clients and their businesses by providing them with excellent service with every interaction.
