  • About the Role

    The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the design and delivery of marketing communications activity including web content, lead generation, direct marketing, advertising, trade shows and all other promotional activity in the USA.


    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Plan and develop marketing campaigns for BSI Supply Chain solutions and services to position them in our target sectors
    • Support the development of marketing strategies and messages
    • Execute and monitor the effectiveness of our marketing activities
    • Manage BSI Supply Chain Solutions lead generation process to include screening, pre-qualification and assignment to appropriate Business Development Managers/telemarketing
    • Ensure appropriate coordination of new collateral development to reduce repetition of work across marketing teams
    • Support tradeshow/BSI hosted event planning and logistics
    • Work with the team to identify key webinar topics and develop promotional content
    • Conduct competitive analysis and new market research
    • Support execution of client surveys and analysis of results
    • Manage the inventory and fulfilment of the collateral and trade show materials
    • Assist in the development of targeted solutions/services and sector content
    • Provide social media and website content development support
    • Provide sales and client billing support

    About You

    We seek someone who meets all of the following criteria:

    • B.A. / B.S. in Marketing or equivalent experience
    • Minimum two (2) years in Marketing
    • Minimum one (1) year web/social media marketing experience
    • Experience using SalesForce.com, Pardot is preferred
