  • About the Role

    The purpose of this position is for new account penetration to develop and generate potential new sales opportunities via telephone, email, market research and other electronic marketing, in support of the sales and marketing team.  The position is also to support where appropriate marketing communications activities, direct marketing, advertising, web content, trade shows and all other promotional activity.

     

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Cold Calling and Follow up with prospective clients for Assessment Sales
    • Sales of Public Training Courses
    • Research on the Internet
    • Sending marketing materials to prospects
    • Research projects
    • Organization and Reporting
    • Support Marketing Manager                     
    • Campaign and activity management

    About You

    • Have commercial focus, understanding customers’ needs and adding value
    • Associate degree, preferred.
    • Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services in a solution selling environment.  Understands role of marketing department relative to sales in order to best utilize support of that department.
    • Computers and Electronics — Familiarity with CRM/SF / Windows and applications desirable
    • English Language — Business language and writing skills desirable 
    • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
