  • About the Role

    The Client Relationship Coordinator supports the Sales team to ensure an excellent customer journey. Facilitate client applications from Sales to Planning. Assist sales by following up on sales quotation, assisting with problem solving, processing applications and working with clients to schedule audit dates, assist with generating business leads through calling and with purpose of increasing sales activity.

     

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Process client applications using relevant systems, document applications, and create Schedule Maintenance Orders for each client/location per contact
    • Provide administrative support to the assigned Sales team and assist with their existing clients and new prospects
    • Work with sales team to assist with creating proposals once Sales team completes required information fields in sales database
    • Follow up with prospective clients as needed (i.e. quotations, scheduled audit dates, etc.)
    • Complete existing & new customer vendor/purchasing forms, documents, legal requirements and purchase orders
    • Prepare and propose audit programs for individual sampled locations 
    • Facilitate support for answers from technical review, scheme managers, legal and other departments to assist with questions or issues with clients
    • Manage client feedback as required
    • Perform relevant duties as assigned

    • 2+ years of customer service/administrative experience
    • Excellent communication skills

    • Are proactive with people and can lead by example
