  • About the Role

    BSI is hiring a Administrative Assistant to join our QMS MDSAP team. This role is homebased in the Eastern US.


    This position assists the MDSAP team in consolidating records for report reviews, qualifications and quotations for the MDSAP services offered by BSI. The position will also involve use of external databases required by the MDSAP program to inform and alert the MDSAP regulators on work underway at BSI. Interactions will occur with people located in all global offices. If you have a strong attention to detail, are a team player and can work on a computer for moving amongst multiple software packages, in this role you can contribute to the success of MDSAP at BSI.  This position reports to the Americas-based Global MDSAP Manager within the Global QMS department.


    The MDSAP Administrator position is a full-time hourly role with a comprehensive benefits package.


    Job Duties:

    ·       Schedule review and assembly of report packages amongst reviewers and through certification considering required timelines

    ·       Provide administrative support to the report reviewers in the pre-assessment and assembly of report packages

    ·       Follow up with assessment team members when report package contents are missing

    ·       Upload completed reports to internal databases, clients and regulator portals per required timelines

    ·       Upload completed reports to internal databases, clients and regulator portals per required timelines

    ·       Schedule and distribute the review of proposals for new MDSAP work to qualified QMS team leads

    ·       Upon verification of new clients within MDSAP complete the enrollment process in the regulators database

    ·       Facilitate support amongst BSI staff to assist with questions or issues raised by clients

    ·       Facilitate process for training events and records of the training with internal systems

    ·       Assist in review and updating of non-technical content in procedures and presentations

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • High School diploma, Associates degree highly desirable

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Software skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. SAP would be advantageous.
    • Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others. Good planning, control and organizational skills. Ability to plan and use own initiative to get work done
    • Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
    • Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people.
    • Customer Service — internal and external customer service delivery
