  • About the Role

    The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for the management of all the functions that support the internal sales team. This includes qualification of leads for Assurance, Entropy, and Training, responding to both internal and external client requests, sale of publications & standards. This also includes direct responsibility for the management and development of employees within the Inside Sales department coaching them to achieve the effective close of training opportunities.


    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Manage the inquiries from prospective clients
    • Manage the accuracy of data being entered into the sales data base for both prospective and existing client information & qualify lead
    • Provide weekly reports on sales performance
    • Manage the development of all inside sales staff to ensure that they can all provide quotations
    • Coordinate with Marketing to set campaigns to promote new business sales
    • Execute BSI sales process to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to sell relevant products/services
    • Identify the correct resource to meet the customer requirements
    • Participate in calls with the inside sales rep and the customer to help close the deals

    We seek someone who meets all of the following criteria:

    • BS/BA Business preferred or equivalent job experience
    • Minimum Five (5) years' supervisory experience
    • Minimum two (2) years' experience in quality system driven operations experience or full solutions sales in a professional consultative environment
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • English is required, Spanish is a plus
