We have an exciting new opportunity in Herndon, VA to lead our Medical Device Client Services Coordinator team. The Lead Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for leading and monitoring the day-to-day work and engagement of the local CSC team. She will ensure that the technical teams are fully supported in coordinating the delivery of medical device CE marking and other certification services to BSI clients world-wide, working in the Global Medical Devices Operations team. This position will report to Angela White, CSC Team Leader and will be based in the Herndon office Monday to Friday.
The Lead Client Services Coordinator will be the first point of contact for CSC’s in the US office and will to provide regular weekly feedback and supervision on the areas below:

The Lead Client Services Coordinator must be approachable and demonstrate active listening skills as well as a fair but firm approach to leadership. To be successful in this role, you’ll have a proven track record in systems and administrative support, knowledge of BSI standards and products, and good training and mentoring skills.
