BSI is hiring an IT Regional Infrastructure & Service Lead based in our Herndon, VA office to manage the IT function for the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil) region. This is a pivotal professional position within BSI Global Technology. The role is accountable for ensuring the continuous development and management of all hard and soft technology infrastructure and technology services to ensure appropriate performance, availability, capacity, resilience and speed of delivery across the region. Through senior stakeholder management and change management, the IT Regional Infrastructure & Service Lead will deliver improved value for BSI colleagues to enable innovation, business agility and business performance in the region.
This position is intended for a driven mid to senior level individual with passion to provide exemplary service performance and leadership. Must be highly professional, highly capable, and an effective written and verbal communicator with all levels in the organization.
